The Southeast Crescent Regional Commission (SCRC) Extends the Deadline for the State Economic and Infrastructure (SEID) Grant Program

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Southeast Crescent Regional Commission (SCRC) has extended the State Economic and Infrastructure Development (SEID) grant program application deadline from Friday, January 11, 2024, to Friday, February 2, 2024.
The decision to extend the SEID grant program application deadline is a direct response to the requests from some applicants for additional clarity on aspects of the application process and the time to respond. We recognize that unforeseen technical issues and holiday-related challenges may have hindered progress. SCRC’s commitment to fostering economic growth and infrastructure development across our region remains unwavering. The leadership and staff believe that extending the deadline will enable invited applicants to submit a more competitive and viable application.
